1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the JoyTicket website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. General

To use JoyTicket, you must be 18 or older. By using our platform, you agree to follow these terms. We may update them, so check this page periodically.

3. How to Use JoyTicket

You can visit and use JoyTicket for personal use only. Don’t copy, download, or distribute content without permission. The content and software on JoyTicket belong to us.

4. Breaking the Rules

Using JoyTicket for illegal activities or unauthorized ticket sales is a no-go. We’ll take legal action if needed.

If you violate these terms, we might terminate your use of JoyTicket and take legal action. We’ll give you notice and a chance to respond.

5. Ticket Purchase and Payment

JoyTicket processes credit card transactions based on methods accepted by the event organizer. Credit card information is not stored in the JoyTicket system, with only the bank and payment gateway receiving the full card number.

6. Ticket Limits

You can buy up to 10 tickets per event unless the organizer allows more. Trying to cheat the system may result in canceled bookings.

7. Cancelled Events

Organizations will try to provide refunds or exchanges if an event is canceled. The organizer determines refund methods.

8. Exchanges and Refunds

Generally, refunds or exchanges are only if the event is canceled, rescheduled, or relocated.

9. Pricing and Ticket Availability

JoyTicket sells tickets on behalf of event organizers, and prices, fees, and ticket availability are determined by the organizer. Popular events may sell out quickly, and additional tickets, if available, are controlled by the event organizer.

10. Delivery of Tickets

Various delivery options may be offered by the event organizer through JoyTicket platform. Proof of identity requirements apply regardless of the delivery method chosen.
